At Vi at Highlands Ranch, our residents pay a one-time entrance fee when they move into the community. The entrance fee locks in resident access to the continuum of long-term care services with predictable monthly fees over the course of their residency at our community.
Return options give back to the resident or their designated beneficiary a portion of their entrance fee, should they leave the community for any reason.
Vi at Highlands Ranch offers 0%, 50% and 90% return options. Residents choose the return option that best fits their long-term financial goals, wealth transfer and/or estate plans.
Monthly fees help to pay for a range of services and amenities (residents may incur additional fees for items such as extra meals and supplies). Annual community-wide monthly fee increases also apply, and our sales team can share historical data on these increases upon request.
