Our residents find their own unique ways to be active every day — and they’re always eager to connect and make new friends at happy hour, on bike rides and more.

Hop in the car for more adventure just beyond our gates: You’ll find state parks, golf, shopping, and arts and culture just a short drive away, in Denver and beyond.

You’ll find 80 acres of breathtaking grasses and flowers to explore nearby — and miles of paved trails await for hikes, bike rides, and casual strolls with friends.

We want residents to love where they live — so we’re always investing and improving. More community-wide upgrades, including beautifully updated restaurants, are coming soon.

As the only Type A CCRC in Colorado, our residents have a plan in place for high-quality care in the future — and lock in below-market rates for any care needed later.

Honey and herbs from the rooftop, wines from France, beers from our own brewery… our dining team loves to innovate in the kitchen and invite residents along for the fun.

Aging well looks different to every Vi resident. That’s why we created Living Well, a holistic approach to wellness in our communities that encompasses mind, body and spirit. Here are just a few ways residents embrace a wellness philosophy:
- Exploring functional fitness with our personal trainer
- Joining like-minded neighbors in activities like meditation or bicycling
- Taking in a new exhibit at the Denver Art Museum
With nearly 300 programs per month, residents are sure to find activities that help them live each day to the fullest.
Our residents get out and about in Denver
There’s plenty to do right inside the community, but Vi at Highlands Ranch residents also love to take advantage of what’s just beyond the community: convenient shopping at Whole Foods, King Soopers and Target, casual and upscale restaurants, parks and recreation, and more.
Plus, Vi at Highlands Ranch provides free scheduled transportation within a 15-mile radius for everyday errands (including trips to the Cherry Creek Mall), wellness and medical appointments, and cultural outings.
Residents enjoy trips to hear the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, Opera Colorado and the University of Denver’s Newman Center, as well as performances at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Arvada Center, Lone Tree Performing Arts Center, Curious Theatre and the Aurora Fox Theatre.
There are also day trips to the Denver Art Museum, Denver Botanic Gardens, Loveland Sculpture Park, Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center and other museums and galleries.
And that’s just a taste. Whether you’re walking, driving or taking advantage of Vi’s free scheduled transportation, the world beyond our community is always within reach!
