THE Vi VALUE
Our pricing—which is directly tied to the floor plan you choose—includes the cost of care. Those fees will not increase if you need to transition into our supportive or skilled care environments, making your costs more predictable over time.
Repayment options
The repayment option you choose (0% or 50% at Vi at Palo Alto) determines what percentage of your entrance fee will be returned to your chosen beneficiary upon termination of your contract.
Entrance fees
At Vi, the entrance fee is a one-time fee paid when you move into the community. This cost is based on the floor plan and return option you choose.
Monthly fees
These pay for a range of services and amenities, including home maintenance, housekeeping, wellness programming and more. This, too, is based on the chosen floor plan and return option.

YOUR LONG-TERM FINANCIAL PICTURE
Living at Vi can appear more expensive than aging in place at home. But the costs associated with staying at home—think homeowner’s insurance, monthly utility bills, add-ons like landscaping services—can really add up over time. CCRCs like Vi provide for your current lifestyle, plus any future care needs, with predictable, structured monthly costs.
