In 2013, Vi at Bentley Village announced a $70 million redevelopment project and now, you are invited to experience the new Bentley Village in an innovative way at our new, state-of-the-art welcome center. The newly constructed welcome center uses technology to help visitors experience the even better Bentley Village of the future.

The welcome center features multimedia displays of the lush grounds and golf course, renderings for two entirely new clubhouses, and 3D floor plans for the additional independent living apartments. It also includes two Ideum tables, which provides a tabletop touch screen that allows visitors to explore the features of the renovation via an interactive map. This technology will help our future residents to better envision the community after the redevelopment is complete.

Vi at Bentley Village Sales Director Joe Chambers said, "The thought that went into the design of our new welcome center reflects our commitment to delivering an amazing experience in our community. It mirrors our approach for the redevelopment that is well underway."

The welcome center also offers striking views of the Bentley Village campus. The entry offers vistas of the lake and golf course. This is also in keeping with the philosophy of the overall redevelopment. "Our objective was to really bring an indoor/outdoor feel to these new amenities and maximize what Bentley Village has to offer in terms of waterfront views," said John Hoover, Vice President of Project Management for Vi. "Our residents told us our plans should foster a strong connection to our gorgeous 156-acre grounds at the community. We took that to heart."
