Vi at Lakeside Village Care Center

Vi at Lakeside Village residents can choose between Inclusive and Fee-for-Service contracts, depending on their financial situation and anticipated care needs.

If you opt for an inclusive, or Type A, contract, you’ll pay slightly higher entrance and monthly fees for independent living, but your costs are more predictable as you transition into supportive or skilled care environments. If you access our care center, your monthly fee does not increase from what you pay in independent living (personal and ancillary charges excepted).

If you opt for a fee-for-service, or Type C, contract, you’ll pay lower entrance and monthly fees for independent living. Then, if you need additional care, you’ll have access to the care center at a higher monthly fee based on the market rates for your level of care. In addition, you will be responsible for your personal and ancillary charges.

Vi at Lakeside Village’s Care Center also offers care services to non-CCRC residents as current occupancy and admission criteria allow. Our assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care residential settings are licensed by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). Our skilled nursing setting is also Medicare-certified.

We accept Traditional Medicare (Parts A & B) and Private Pay, and where the circumstances allow, we can process payment from other participating third-party or private insurance coverages.

A: If you and your spouse move to Vi as part of a continuing care contract, your monthly fees* will not go up because one or both of you move to our care center (except for ancillary expenses for items used in the care center and costs for extra meals received in the care center).

* Annual, community-wide monthly fee increases also apply. Ask our Sales Team for a history of monthly fee increases.

A: While our vacancies vary, we sometimes have immediate occupancy available in our assisted living, memory support, or skilled nursing care programs. Costs for direct entry to our care center are charged at then current market rates.

A: Yes, Vi at Lakeside Village’s Care Center offers respite care services as current occupancy and admission criteria allow.
