Vi at Grayhawk Care Center

Vi at Grayhawk is a Type A Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), also known as a Life Plan Community. This means that independent living residents have access to a continuum of care in our supportive residential setting, so they can receive assisted living, skilled nursing, or memory care services as the need arises.

Vi at Grayhawk’s Care Center also offers care services to non-CCRC residents as current occupancy and admission criteria allow. Our assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care residential settings are licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services. Our skilled nursing setting is also Medicare-certified. We accept Traditional Medicare (Parts A & B) and Private Pay, and where the circumstances allow, we can process payment from other participating third-party or private insurance coverages.
