CHICAGO, IL (August 22, 2019) – For the second year in a row, Great Place to Work and FORTUNE have honored Vi Senior Living as one of the 2019 Best Workplaces for Aging Services , ranking #5 on the list. The Best Workplaces for Aging Services is one of a series of rankings based on employee feedback from Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations. Vi’s ranking is based on anonymous survey feedback representing more than 220,000 employees working in senior housing and care and at-home care in the aging services industry. Employees responded to more than 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates a Great Place to Work for All™, including trust of company leadership, respect with which people are treated, fairness of workplace decisions, and camaraderie within the team. Rankings are based on employees’ feedback and reward companies who best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization.
