With our renowned culinary program, a world-class wine collection curated by our sommelier, and opportunities for private dining, every day can be a special occasion.
When you purchase your TidePointe home, you can not only customize it to your liking but also bolster your equity and financial legacy.
We’re situated in the island’s most desirable area, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, golf and more, on and off Hilton Head.
Genuinely inclusive members ensure there’s no shortage of Southern hospitality here, and touches like our no-jacket-necessary dining rules create a relaxed coastal vibe.
One perk of TidePointe membership: access to the beaches, golf, tennis, biking trails and other benefits of Hilton Head’s coveted Sea Pines Resort.
A dedicated crew is on call to help newcomers settle in. Plus, regular continental breakfasts help start the day with coffee and conviviality.
Unlike some CCRCs, TidePointe members purchase their homes in a real estate transaction (fee simple unit ownership).
TidePointe members pay a one-time membership fee when they purchase their home. It’s based on the number of people moving in, either single or a couple (for example, a second person will pay a smaller membership fee).
This fee grants members access to the exclusive nearby Sea Pines Resort and ensures priority access to the Broad Creek Care Center.
Monthly fees help to pay for a range of services and amenities (residents may incur additional fees for items such as extra meals and supplies). Annual community-wide monthly fee increases also apply, and our sales team can share historical data on these increases upon request.

We’ve dedicated $1.7 billion over time to development, renovation, further enhancement, and growth.
Hospitality roots
Vi began as Classic Residence by Hyatt, and we’ve stayed true to our roots, providing luxury-level senior living experiences reminiscent of all-inclusive resort-style living.
Resident satisfaction drives our definition of success, and our staff is key to that satisfaction. Ongoing education and training help them excel and provide the service we’re known for.
