The authoritative ratings evaluate more than 3,500 communities in the U.S., of which 1,703 are rated as “Best Of.” TidePointe has been awarded for Best Independent Living, Best Assisted Living, Best Continuing Care Retirement Community.
New for 2025, Best Senior Living Ratings feature additional accolades for communities that score in the top 25% of characteristics that are important differentiators for consumers. Notably, TidePointe was rated “High Performing” for Assisted Living-Activities & Enrichment, Independent Living-Feels Like Home.

To determine the rankings, U.S. News analyzed more than 400,000 resident and family surveys from over 3,500 senior living communities, assessing a variety of aspects including safety, caregiving, management, staff, food and dining, and activities. Of those evaluated, 1,703 were recognized as the ‘Best’ communities, ranking the highest scores in each category.
