During his more than 30 years as an employee at Vi at Bentley Village, Federlin Jean, affectionately known as Father Fed, has become a source of wisdom and kindness for those across the community with whom he interacts.

“He always has his finger on the pulse of what’s going on, especially with our residents. He understands them, remembers them. Remember what they drink, what they like to eat,” said food and beverage director Shep Drinkwater. “I can’t think of any more respect that the staff has for anyone on this campus than [Father Fed].”
