THE Vi VALUE
Our pricing is directly tied to the floor plan you choose. We offer two contracts, which dictate the cost of care, should you need it down the road.
Inclusive Care (Type A)
Should you move to our care center, your monthly fees will not increase from what you pay in independent living
Fee-for-Service Care (Type C)
If you require additional care, you have access to our care center, but your monthly fee will increase to reflect standard market rates.
Return options
The return option you choose (0% or 90% at Vi at Aventura) determines what percentage of your entrance fee will be returned to your chosen beneficiary upon termination of your contract.
Entrance fees
At Vi, the entrance fee is a one-time fee paid when you move into the community. This cost is based on the contract type, floor plan and return option you choose.
Monthly fees
These pay for a range of services and amenities, including home maintenance, housekeeping, wellness programming and more. This, too, is based on the chosen contract type, floor plan and return option.
